The RMHN Board, in partnership with the FBI, is excited to announce a 40-Hour Basic Hostage Negotiator Course. The course will be held May 20-24, 2024, at the Pikes Peak State College Rampart Range Campus, located at 2070 Interquest Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.
