Rocky Mountain Hostage Negotiators
Founded June 2000
The Rocky Mountain Hostage Negotiators (RMHN) Association was founded in June of 2000. The mission of RMHN is to provide quality, ongoing training for Crisis/Hostage Negotiators. RMHN is a not-for-profit organization and is managed by board of volunteers who are elected by the membership.
Membership
RMHN Membership requires approval from the RMHN Board. To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements and pay the annual dues of $45:

Currently employed by a law enforcement agency

An active member of the agency's crisis and/or hostage negotiator team or;

Be approved by the RMHN Board as having an active role in the RMHN organization
